104,000 miles on the original engine which runs great and starts up every time. We keep it in a garage that is heated. ( It just fits through the garage door in the old firehouse here in South Bend.) The original interior is in nice, clean condition and is very cozy. Newer tires with less than 1,000 miles on them. The front dash air does not work but the 2 roof air conditioners work fine. We used to run both roof airs but since I have removed everything inside and added insulation we only have to run one air conditioner.
SOME FEATURES OF THIS COACH
6000 W Onan generator runs fine. Newer fresh water tank and pump. Original furnace runs fine. Stove and oven works fine. LP Gas tank works fine. Everything in the bathroom works fine and the fiberglass is in very nice condition. Even has the original shower curtains in fine condition. Hot water tank works fine with newer thermostat. 3 original exhaust fans work fine. Bathroom, Range hood, and above dinette. Brakes work fine with newer brake lines. All lights work fine. There is an Ice Box instead of a fridge which has a drain to the outside. Original Front dash radio works but the 8 track player does not. There is a Pioneer sound system Radio/ Cassette player installed in the cabinet with pioneer speakers onder the cabinets. Microwave in cabinet above ice box Crank up TV antenna works fine. Bilstein shocks are great. Nice storage pod on roof. Bike rack holds 2 bicycles at top of rear ladder.
The right side windshield has a crack that has been there since we purchased it in 1998 and has not traveled. Other than that, It is in nice original condition and have used it every summer and really enjoyed it.
