This is an original condition GMC with 112,000 miles.

The Interior is original except for carpeting, and is in good condition, especially considering the age.

Engine runs well, without any leaks that amount to anything.

Transmission shifts as it should.

Timing Chain was replace at around 90,000 miles.

Ignition upgraded to HEI at about the same time.

Radiator was re-cored in 2010.

Alternator rebuilt with the double belt pulley installed to solve the notorious belt squeal issue known to these coaches.

New Air Conditioning Compressor was installed in 2011, and the a/c does work, but has to be recharged at the beginning of each Summer

Air Ride Compressor was upgraded with a higher pressure Vlair 380 last year, air bags hold.

Tires are still useable, the fronts are good, the rears are so so.   I believe two of the rears should be replaced soon and the other two have some miles left on them.   (Still the original 16.5" wheels/ tires).

6000 watt Onan Generator that appears original, seems to run well, and provides power as it should.

Water System works as it should, but I've disconnected the hot water tank as it overheats.   I believe the thermostat is stuck.

Rooftop Air Conditioner works as it should without issue.

Three Way Refrigerator works as it should in all phases of operation.  I believe the house heater works, although I've not tried it since 2008.

All Batteries were replaced in 2009, with a battery rack installed to accept the two 6volt house batteries for extended runtime.   All batteries hold charge, but I've noticed the engine battery drains if allowed to sit for a couple of weeks.  The battery checks good, but I believe it's being drawn down, from what I don't know.
I put a charger on it for a couple of hours every weekend and that keeps it up.

Upgraded Stereo, AM/FM, "mechless", meaning it accepts sd cards, usb and aux input, with 4 new speakers, front and mid coach.

This coach would be a great platform for restoration, or, with a little TLC, can be used as it is.   The only issue that I'd say needs immediate attention is the driver/ passenger window seals need replaced, as they do leak when it rains.

The last time this old gal left my property to travel any distance was mid Summer 2011, when I took it on a 400 mile trip and it ran without issue.

I've taken it for a couple of short "around the block" trips every now and then to keep it fresh, but I do not have current plates on it, so I can't go far.

I'd feel comfortable driving it to wherever it'd need to go, but it should have a good going over before regular use.   At this point the gas in it is over a year old, and although I did put stabilizer in it last Fall, I'm sure she'd appreciate a fresh tank of gas.

Having said that, I'm selling as is where is.

Along with the coach I can provide:

Spare set of used, but good air bags

A set of OEM style Hubcaps

The original House Vacuum setup

All theReceipts for the past work done

A new set of aftermarket Sideview Mirrors that I never got around to installing.

This coach has great potential for someone who has some time to put into it, which unfortunately, I don't.

I've been toying with the thought of keeping it until I retire, and restoring it then, but I've still got a while to go, and I can use the space, so she's gotta go.

Pics were taken last Fall, but represent the current condition.

My asking price is $4,700, and I'll be pretty firm on that.

Feel free to e-mail or call with any questions.

Thanks for looking.
