Rear Bath model very well kept and upgraded

It has

a new fridge,

new hot water heater that uses propane and/or electricity (use both for faster water heating),

a Macerator that is turned on by an outside keyed switch located near the macerator and uses a garden hose for dumping (the normal 3 inch hose dump is available to use as a backup should something go wrong with the macerator),

7 Alcoa wheels with aluminum center plates engraved "GMC",

7 new tires with less than 300 miles on them (the tires are 3-4 years old),

a thru the bumper 2" receiver hitch,

LED clearance lights,

an aluminum radiator (a separate oil cooler was added when the motor was rebuilt),

a combiner to charge both battery banks when on shore power,

the gas tanks were dropped and the rubber lines replaced with metal,

Honda Odessey leather middle seats replaced the original front seats (armrests on both sides and they swivel),

a new PD9200 smart charger was installed along with a transfer switch (allows automatic switch from shore to generator power),

a 4KW generator with under 1300 hours on it,

a stainless steel spare tire cover,

a new microwave oven,

all the owners manuals for the coach and the new equipment, etc.

The speedo says 47,000 miles, but it may be 147,000 miles. However, the dinette and bed upholstery do not show any wear to indicate high mileage.

Custom Fender Flares

shut off valves for the air bags.

The windshields have no edge fog;

Ragusa aluminum entrance step

backup/towing camera

there is a small BB shot chip on the passenger window (not a hole).

The original paint shows well.
